![]() | Re: Jetsam Boost Pressure Got my pump back today from factory. The shipping company-Remaining nameless--(FedX) damaged it in shipping....Jetsam had to remake plates been in from Oct 17 till now Feb 12... Pump did come back with new warranty from ship date. Great I owned it since Oct 1st used 3 times and now I have a new one again. I am only disappointed in the seller..Golem Gear! They advised me since you (I) will have to ship to me in S Florida then they would have to ship to factory-- you could just go ahead and ship to factory-(Saves TIME)OK not that big of a deal- since I had to pay freight myself (great customer service Remember the pump is 3 weeks old) The shipping company damaged- Golem Gear advised! you shipped it!!! your problem (Great Customer Service) Luckly I did insurance for full value- FedX did pay for damage. Factory done a wonderful job in repairing... Lesson learned, If you buy a product and a problem happens- ship it to vendor, who charged you for it... if I would have done that I would not have to had rented a pump for the 3 trips- I could have canceled the CC and order another somewhere ELSE. I had no follow up from Golem Gear AT ALL> Watch your vendors!!! ![]() |

| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Jetsam Boost Pressure I bought a baby booster from Golem last August, I initially felt the pump was very slow to decant and also slow to boost, 25 mins to boost my 19 cuf cylinder from 1500 to 3000 psi, I contacted Jakub about it and he agreed it was slow, he advised me to check for leaks etc. Over the course of 6 months several mails were exchanged about the performance of the pump, as the shipping charges were going to be expensive I thought as an engineer I could repair it myself. Jakub eventually advised me to contact Jetsam. In December the pump stopped boosting, it was cycling but would not boost the pressure up any higher than the fill cylinder pressure, so I contacted Kim at Jetsam, she let me speak to one of her engineers and he suggested I send it back to them and they would pay for the shipping, They received the pump last week, so hopefully it should be returned in the not to distant future, I have to agree top service from Jetsam so far. |

I saw this thread reopened and thought of your booster...Or should I say "Slugger" When I got back I boosted my C19 and it took it from 1500psi to 3200psi in 5 mins and warmed the tank,. as a guide for how it "Should" work!!! Good to hear Jatsam have come to the party and fixing it. Did Matt get his Haskel yet? Lance
