![]() | Re: Just got my Haskel Mini Sport Booster Right when I was thinking of moving TO the states! Andy,I have the diving right outside. Wrecks, caves whatever. palmtrees waving over my factory. The whole set up. However, if I need a drill bit I have to order from the US or UK. They do have tooling here, but the local guys just takes forever to deal with. The amount I spend on UPS shipping per year could easily pay a few holidays back for diving etc. Thanks for the swagelock tips. I was thinking with DIN FMs I would just pop in the standard whips from the panel. DIN is a quite easy disconnect btw. Cheers and good luck with the move. I hear Menorca's got some really good wreck sites. Good vis, but no fish. The tourists ate 'em all! Andy Let's take this of list, I think I can help you with the parts but there is no need to waste bandwidth for the other users. drop me a line and we'll figure out a solution, I still think the female DIN fittings are impractical for the application but you are the customer. What I am also looking forward to is the ease of travel in Europe and a lot of good diving. Cheers, Chris

That is another bonus I didn't mention, I'm still going to have to take you up on those fish and chips with curry sauce and mushy peas too. It will be good to have a guy like you teaching there. ![]() | Re: Just got my Haskel Mini Sport Booster Hi Andy Here's how I plumbed my HI booster. It's a work in progress - want to add a filter on the inlet side. Fittings are Swagelok except the female DINs. Cheers Skip |

| DE/MD/NJ Wreck Diver ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Just got my Haskel Mini Sport Booster Hi Andy Basically using the same set up on my Haskel Mini, along with a standard shop air compressor female QC on the drive gas inlet and the other female QC on the first stage of a scuba reg through a 1/4" npt to low pressure adapter. The hose has the males on both ends so it can be used from a scuba tank with the above regulator or a shop compressor. Here's how I plumbed my HI booster. It's a work in progress - want to add a filter on the inlet side. Fittings are Swagelok except the female DINs. Cheers Skip Richie |

What do they adapt to? is it Male 1/4" NPT? If so, you could just pop in a filter between the elbow and the DIN.Here's how I plumbed my HI booster. | Classic KISS No. 226 ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Just got my Haskel Mini Sport Booster They look like they're the ones that Colin Glass sells (Undersea UK) Colin is a great guy to deal with! I was going to go down that route but decided not to (cost) and just leave mine permanently attached as i don't travel with my booster. I had trouble uploading the catalogue, so here a link to it instead http://www.undersea.uk.com/catalogue/catalogue.pdf [EDIT - if Undersea doesn't have them, it's more than likely that SubAqua Products will] Cheers Rich
