Unhappy Baby Booster leaking

My Baby Booster is leaking at highish pressure >170 Bar

Which Oring / seal could be causing this?
And where can I get them from in the UK / what are they called (the green seal) / what sizes are they?

The leak is identified by the red arrow on the attached image

Re: Baby Booster leaking

Hi Beanie,

Sounds like the high-pressure seal. It's almost the same as an oil sealing ring used around axles (don't know the English name for them). I've changed the one on my booster once with a spare from the factory. They have full sealing sets for $50 and it's an easy repair.

You could just take the sealing ring out and go to a car/motor sparepart shop as they might have them. As it's in contact with O2 on 1 side you would need to clean it befor installing.

Hope this helps,
Paul

Paul I think you might be right I've got a feeling it was in the wrong way round I've put it in the way it should be will try it later.

I will get the service kit at some point I think I'll ask the UK KISS users nicely and see if one of them can get one next time they order spares
