Frog Rebreather discussion

Hello gang,

While I have no hands-on experience with the unit, I have been studying the design of the Frog, and it very soundly meets several basic design principles extremely well, perhaps moreso than many of the other rigs out there.

Does anyone have experience with the unit? used as CCR? as SCR? comments on WOB with the unique lung position? difficulties with any modifications? etc?

I think the fact that Barnum drags out that same dusty old half finished unit to all the trade shows causes a lack of buyer confidence. Have they shipped a completed unit or do they expect the buyer to supply things like DSV, hoses, setpoint controller when they purchase a unit?
I thought the scrubber inside the CL was interesting. The DEMA "display" unit that I saw used used extend-air
