This was well-discussed on TDS, it is estimated that it would cost US$4000-6000 dollars to get in working order depending by whom and how much you want to be done to it. And 3L steel or Inconel spheres are running low, so most likely you will end up with using 2L composite spheres. Plus a whole lot more issues (been there 6 years ago)... At the end of the day, it will cost just as much as a new-refurbished unit from Kevin. So save time/agony and just get one from The Dude. Having owned 2 MK-15, no one can convince me to go back to it again... |
