Nice! Now I am thinking of doing that to my SK. How long does it take you to un-BOB it, assuming you would do that?

Now all we need to see is you diving it with your Mk 15.5 on, too,
I cheated a bit by using another regulator for my diluent. I only needed a single hose from the 1st stage to feed the ADV and BOV. That makes it very quick to change back. I also had an extra aluminum case, so I can leave the 6cf tanks on that case and just use my other one. I also had an extra scrubber canister, so I don't need to mess with that at all. Because I had the extra parts, the change back only takes 2 minutes. Here is a list of the extra parts that you would need to make life very easy:

- spare canister to rotate one side 90 degrees.
- 1 spare breathing hose that gets cut in half and attached to fittings.
- 4 spare quick disconnect fittings for connections to pods and BOV
- 1 spare case
- diluent regulator with correct length hose (allow for the fact that it needs to be longer when the unit is stowed).
- Button gauges (optional).
- 4 double-ended bolt snaps for clipping the unit off (or 3 if you use the crotch strap rather than waist d-rings).

When I take it out with my 15.5, I'll take some photos. So far I've only dived it as a stand-alone unit . It works really well.

One more thing...be sure that the diluent supply is adequate to fill the loop on the way down, or you will implode everything. A 6cf will work as a single use easily to 200 feet, but for multiple dives, or deeper ones (not that you would take a KISS past its depth limit), you may want an offboard plumb in for the diluent.

Aloha,
Charlie

You could just use an armadillo. Run one of the double enders to the bungee, and the other to the ass d-ring. I'll give it a try when I get it in the water again.
