Well... At somepoint that I am sure that will be an excellent topic of a seperate thread or two or three. The only thing that I will say at this point is that once someone takes the time to do a side by side comparision, other than it being a canister design with external tanks they differ greatly. But someone else can start and run that thread(s) if they like. I personally don't have enough knowledge on an APECS Meg to do justice to a comparison like that.

You are making me drool, looking at these pics! When you say that the counterlungs are going to be smaller, are you saying that the factory is going to make a smaller size?

I have been told that they are considering it...

I would look for an update to the www.rebreather.us website soon that will have more details. Realize that I have been diving BMCL's for the last year and keep my loop volume at a minimum. Reguardless the rig is a blast to dive and I know it will take a little tweaking to get it to where I want it...

a little hard to tell from the pics but do the o2 cells still form part of the seal in the head that seperates scrubbed from unscrubbed gas.Any idea on scrubber duration?
