Pick-O2 Analyser - What sensor?

I bought one of these relatively cheap Pick-O2 analysers a few years ago. They are sold as disposable, the battery or sensor runs out and you throw it away.

Anyway, cracking it open it uses a 3V 1/2 AA battery, but there is no number on the sensor that it uses.

I think it is an IT-DR Gambert D09, which I think is an R33D1. Anyone know any more?

Dave
