Guys,

Just wanted to praise where praise is due - I ordered some cells from Mark Gregus (diving sales mgr) from Ai a few months ago. One of them was for my analyser - well it crapped out after 2 months - totally dead no current at all.

I called up Mark and he said send it back - so I did - and a new one turned up here in Sydney today. Thanks

I guess that a new cell was certainly warrented but its nice to know that customer service exists on the other side of the world when there is no chance Ill ever go and knock on his door.

Mark is on the list here somewhere so call him when you need cells - good product - good service

He is certainly a great guy - we are just finalising a new killer agreement with AI which should really benefit the community globally.
