New Divematics BOV Pics

I just uploaded several new images into the Accessories gallery section.
My gallery shows them too, of course.

Here one of my stock Jetsam BOV next to Divematics' threaded for Jetsam units.



Really nicely done, and easier to connect and disconnect than the stock unit. On one side my QC adapter keeps turning along with the outer ring. Not a problem, but annoying. I really like Jetsam's QC, they are very convinient and simple. Even Tracy was impressed by them. I can highly recommend them for any Rebreather using the matching hose diameter.

This BOV was milled for an Atomic second stage which fit very well indeed.
And is a very well breathing 2nd stage. Combined with larger internal bore of the BOV breathing should be quite good.

Unfortunately I'm sidelined with a head laceration and can't try it out today as planned.


Another bit I was looking forward to is Tracy's BOV connector for the Dräger Panorama Nova FFM.



Perfect fit as usual and very easy to use. The rear mounts can be switched, so it's possible to use the BOV with a normal bite piece, or just about any FFM.

There more shots in the gallery of both setups above as well as Oceanic and Poseidon equiped BOVs, AGA adapter and AP threaded BOVs.

Any news if the BOV for Drager FFM is going to ve available for the Meg? and the price?

Tracy can machine just about any thread onto the BOV.
I know he has done the Drägers, AP, Optima and now the KISS QC.
They are also available without threads for hose clamps, those have
been used with MK series and others.

Does the Meg have threaded hose connectors?
He would need the stock DSV and and one hose with connector
to duplicate the tread and test for fit and integrity.

The Divematics to Dräger adapter will be sold as a kit that includes
both the adapter for the BOV to FFM as well as a second adapter
for a second stage to FFM. That way one can either change to
a different gas supply UW or plumb the second stage into the side port.
Since it's a new item, intro price for the kit will be US$ 175.

By the way, Tracy is on his way to TX to meet with Rob's family and friends.
He'll back on the 19th of this month.

I'm sitting here having sold both my rebreathers and awaiting delivery of my Meg - so I don't know what the ends of the hose connectors are! However I'm sure that someone must have a divematics BOV for a Meg and Tracey will make them for it. I look forward to finding out more and BOV prices,
