![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Golen BOV vs Pelagian BOV Hi! I had a Golem on my Meg and on my Pelagian before. I liked it very much and it was smooth to turn. My Pelagian BOV is a little bit harder to turn but on the other hand smaller and lighter. Both uses high performance parts.. Golem is built around Apeks parts and the Pelagian BOV around a Scubapro S600 second stage. One of the best breathing second stages I ever tried. Its not much of a difference but I think the Pelagian breaths a bit better during bailout and the BOV has a bigger inner bore to keep down work of breathing while you are on the loop. Both are a good piece of gear! Roger |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Golen BOV vs Pelagian BOV Tell you what, go and find a Golem Gear and turn the BOV knob on that, then find a Pelagian BOV and do the same, and I think you'll end up buying a Golem Gear.. Side by side, personally I'd say build quality of the GG is far superior. The Pelagian is a fair bit lighter though, but I'd still choose the GG any day. |

What is the procedure given that they are based in Thailand and that bank system has had its share of issues. Hi Meng,So far every one who bought the Pelagian or other parts have wired payment and none have had any issues with Thai banks. They are in fact very strict so we can not take credit cards until we have been registered for 3 years with the bank! A bit over the top, but the idea is to screen out scammers. Andy |
