Specs o-ring divematics bov??

Hi all,

can anyone provide the specs for the o-rings used in the divematics BOV? I tried to contact Tracy several times via email to order spares but nothing so far.

Which ones? I'm away from home right now but can have a look when I get back. I might be reduced to measuring them though...

If you find out, can you post the specs? Would save time for other people.

The 4 large ones. I hope that we can contact Tracy via Joe. I'll keep you posted.

spoke to tracy.. the o-rings are size 029 they MUST be viton because the bov is made out of delrin and it will degrade non viton o-rings.

OK they are Viton size 029...... but what is the sure hardness? anyone know

stnadard viton durometer... 75

I all,
have stripped the divematitic BOV and fitted the new "O" rings (before anyone asks, they are the correct ones...Viton 029) but the O rings that fit in to the square(ish) shaped groves are being pushed out of the grove(s) as I re-insall the centre of the valve back in and damaging the O rings.

Has anyone else had this problem with a Divematics BOV?
