Let me know how you get on mate - mine is quite stiff to turn and I've been thinking about stripping and lubing it but not sure how to proceed! I did mine for the first time over the weekend after flooding my loop and getting a mild CO2 hit after not closing the valve properly whilst getting rid of the gurgling sound. It really is a simple and well made bit of kit, it only takes about 15 mins to strip it and put it back together. From memory... *Take of the paragon face clamp and remove the reg *Remove the delrin face plate by undoing the other two screws *Remove the metal plate at the bottom (the one that restricts the valve movement) *remove the valve knob *push the internals out and separate *wash with warm water and dry on a tea cloth *lube it all up and put it together. Cheers Rich

Yep just about covers it Rich It isn't my Bov I have borrowed it to try on my vision but I was given it & a spare O ring (the one for the knob) & asked to fit it Was a little worried but as Rich said it is an easy thing to strip & clean .

Let me know how you get on mate - mine is quite stiff to turn and I've been thinking about stripping and lubing it but not sure how to proceed! The stripping procedure is in the manual/on the CD. I left mine until it got stiff and then found it was so easy I wished I'd done it earlier (more wear when it gets stiff)Neil
