British Bullnose = 5/8" BSP with RH thread. This is what is used here in neighboring Malaysia, and I believe the British standard that is attempted to be applied.

If worse comes to worse, you can purchase a welding torch reg set at a local hardware store in Ambon and take apart the fittings on the oxy reg to use on your O2 supply. I think all you'll need is an adapter from 1/4 NPTF to whatever fitting you have on your filling whip.
