I see you are in US, it looks like a CGA 580. The 580 in the states is for inert gases. The 540 is the O2 standard.

In asia it could be anything. Some countries use whatever is available. Most valves are identified by a number on the valve. I suggest you e-mail them for a specific. Ask them to supply you a fill adapter. Most of these adapters have a pipe thread on the other end which you can rig to. It could be either a 1/4 NPT or a british standard. It will more than likely be a tapered thread in any case.
