According to W+S Water Safety Europe GmbH - Adapter für Sauerstoff Ventile nach Ländern Indonesia uses a 'British Bullnose'.

Same thread as a DIN, but rounded tip. There is also a 'Euro Bullnose' that looks alike but on that one the tip is under a fixed angle (NFE 29-656).

You can buy these adaptors from Undersea. Their stuff is really great (although a bit expensive).
