Also because of the hydrophobic membranes none of the moisture is absorbed back into the sofnolime. as the o2 is injected into the head you get a cold gas hitting what is probably the hottest part of the loop.

I hear a lot of people having problems with this moiture but in all honesty as long as you dry the lid after every days diving it should never cause a problem. scince they changed the cell faces from that horrible gold mesh to PTFE I have never had a cell warning (for about 3 years!!) nor have I have had any cell blocking due to moisture. On the other hand if you dont dry the lid after every days diving you will get problems.

its interesting to note on the vision electronics there is much less moisture!!
