| Re: Hello All, HELP urgent needed, E-bay fraud With the item number and the seller's username, do an "advanced" search, click on member's identity, fill out the boxes, and ebay will email you the name, address and phone number of the seller. Try phoning - you may find that the person answers but did not sell the item, which then means his identity has been hijacked. You will then probably have to send all the emails you received from the seller to ebay with advanced headers so they can investigate.
