Thank you for your replays;
I understand that Rebreather demand a high level of attention. What worries me about CCR's is that there are more things to go wrong than SCR's. I have read that many people use CCR's manually with the electronics as backup and that in this configuration there are very few fatalities. ScubadadMiami, I see that you dive the optima. This is a RB that I am considering since I live in Miami not far from a DiveRite dealer that carried this RB. Are you happy with its performance? My other choice if CCR would be the Meg which I see has a lot of fans. If going SCR I would probably go Azimuth.
