Unfortunately, email is not their strong point. Their production keeps them very busy especially these days. To get their attention, go the old fashioned route and call them. They just hired a production manager so things should get a little better as they move forward.
Currently, lead time is running 3 months.
Meg Opinion: Hardware-wise, it's built like a rock. It's favorably for deep wreck and cave. Very difficult to flood. It's modular so it can accomodate a wide variety of configurations and customizations. It travels very well; even carry-on. Software leaves one wanting more, but it gets the job done. Everyone is looking forward to the new, always-on-the-verge-of-being-released APECS 3.0 software which should have a lot of the features everyone has chimed in for plus new ones.
