The Photos are limited to 250kb, but will be automatically resized to 200pxw x 300px tall, keeping the aspect ratio.

Also, if you are pasting your bio/personal info from Word into the personal info box, remeber to hit a "Cleanup Word" button on the toolbar (blue W) or the listing will not post.
