Try Divemaster insurance in the UK. I live full time in Egypt and have taken out their worldwide cover scheme which covers me anywhere, anytime for 'accidental flooding', 'emergency jetisonning of gear' and loss/theft.
I am very happy with them and the other year my other half flooded her video and they replaced the camera, new for old and paid for the housing repairs no problem.
They are expensive, but that's normal for camera gear - about 8% of the value you want to insure I think, and you must also insure at least one piece of 'normal' dive kit with a value of at least £500 (about 700 euros I think). I just put my VR3 down, and this is very cheap.
