Recently had my Inspo CL changed to be QC on the top. It took some time and patience to remove the CL from the fabric piece that bolts to the inspo case. It is sewn very well so a sharp tool is needed to cut the threads. Once removed a 1 inch fastex buckle and small piece of 1 in webbing was sewn to the top part of the CL. Of course great care is needed to ensure the CL does not get pierced by the sewing needle. The mating portion of the fastex buckle was then sewn with a piece of 1 in webbing to the fabric piece that bolt to the inspo. I suspect you could also sew the 1 in piece of webbing to the 2 in webbing on the harness. I just choose to sew it back to the original fabric piece.

Its now much easier to remove and clean the CL's but they still block the chest D rings.

I did not do this myself but rather someone with a industrial sewing machine and more sewing skills do the work.
