I dive and deco at 1.3 shallower than 100 metres.

Deeper than 100 metres I use 1.0 PPO2 on the bottom with a diluent that gives me that should I need to SCR back to the shot and deco at 1.3 up to 6 metres where I manually maintain 1.4.

I do not believe that oxygen is our friend, I believe it is a fundamental & necessary bedfellow.
