Talking of hoses becoming loose a tip I picked up recently, from one of my CCR students who posted on YD, was to fit an o-ring with a shortened cable tie around it to the Inspiration dil and O2 manual feeds to stop them popping off.

If you fit it behind the retractable sleeve the hose will not pop off accidentally but can be removed by pulling the cable tie and disconnecting the hose.
