The PRISM boys get upset when you cite yet another example of SMI's poor customer treatment as you have just found out. Even though you were merely responding to an existing tangent started by Andy, this thread is a good one for Prism owners as it helps fix some of the products deficiencies.

I welcome you starting a thread detailing how things are going for you and your Prism.
