After Diving the Extreme+ for many divies, I switched to Fourth Element, I have been much more happy with performance and construction, although the Extreme+ did the job. I didn't like how it relies so much on loft and if you are on the surface before a dive, you can get pretty chilly. Once you have decended enough to inflate, it works well. I did have some seam issues that pissed me off, and it can be difficult to put the legs because the layers are so independent of each other. Prone to get caught in the zipper too. Works well in a flood and dries real quick. On a super cold mountain day I used it as a flight-suit for paragliding, eventhough all my buddies laughed at me for looking like a roasted marshmellow, I was warm as heck.
