Perhaps I'm double-dipping as I voted the same here as I did on TDS - for the same reason.

While I was torn between several of these, I selected post-mortem analysis. All too often the causal factors around a diving fatality (rebreather or not) go unreported. We as a community need better data on fatalities so that we can enhance current accident prevention methodologies and increase the survivability of diving accidents.

I think that all of the other choics would be contributing to that goal.
