Thanks Tobin
I have had the tools out for the afternoon and had a good play, seems like it is going to work a treat.

Just need to keep the counterlungs flush with the shoulder harness, was thinking of cutting down the backplate hearness so it works the same way SMI have done it by using the counter lung as the shoulder section.

Thoughts ?

Cheers
Chris

Not sure I follow Chris. On the two I've personally installed we did not "cut down" anything.

Just bolted up the adapter plate to the ABS plate, fitted a wing (our LCD 50 BTW) , fitted the Counterlung Yoke, and backplate.

With this approach the CL's are no longer load bearing part of the harness, but can be well secured using the waist attachments and the chest strap on the CL's.

The "Spring Line" (one inch strap on near the bottom, diagonal down and to the outside) on the CL's was not used.

Regards,

Tobin
