I pointed out the strange fact that an "official" testing laboratory seems to have a coarse mistake in the heading of their letters, wich doesn't lead to a spontaneous confidence in it. By the way, i could not find them in the italian yellow pages, i must be awkward. See Paul Raymaekers post on who is on the list, and who is not.
