I dive CCR and carry a camera on most dives most deeper than your planned max. depth.

Some short answers to your questions:
Yes you can put air in your argon bottle for drysuit inflation, just dont plan on breathing it.

A 30 is likely a fine size bailout for dives < 100' but carry it, you will have enough to do if you have to bailout without having to worry about finding a staged bottle in open water.

As far as carrying your camera with a stage bottle I dont find it a problem with the stage on my left side I hang my camera on a expandable lanyard on my right side. If I have 2 stages the camera is more in the middle of my body but I would side mount the stages then. You are a ways from this so dont worry about it yet.

Plan on doing 20+ dive with your CCR before you bring your camera back in the water.
