| Re: InnerSpace Customer Service The experiences that Heather and I have had with them have been great. The delivered both Megs on time, and as promised. My unit has not had to go back to the factory for anything--but Heather's head went back for a software upgrade. The turn around time was very rapid and she at it back in less than two weeks. Subsequently she had a problem with one of the hand sets (after the upgrade) and again, ISC turned it around pronto. In both cases we paid for freight and nothing more.
I too have heard stories about long delays, etc. But that's not bee part of our experience.
