You don't have to measure it, you can calculate it.
The valve sizing pdf on the swagelock website gives you all the graphs you need for this.

I know this is for valves, but you can use the Cv (0.5) factor of the QC6 connector for the same purpose.

Off course if you test it like that it will restrict the flow. In use there is pressure inside that drives the gas. Someone should do measurement, how much trimix-gas can go through.
