I can't find any such beast. While I'm sure I can make something up from Ts and fittings, that's kinda kludgy - I was hoping to use standard scuba fitting stuff.

Only slightly kludgy - I run a standard second stage hose of appropriate length up to behind my left shoulder. Here I use a fitting meant to join two second stage hoses, but the outlet goes to a LP tee - 3/8-24 UNF (standard scuba) in and out. Left branch goes to my dry suit, top to wing, right to bail-out second stage. Standard length hoses work fine. It's not ideal, but good enough for sport diving depths and mixes.
