we've dove (dived for you brits) plenty of people with colostomys or iliostomys in the chamber, they do sometimes require venting, but otherwise they do fine. Of course tese are fairly shallow, dry, chamber dives. One option might be rigging a bag with a small vent in it, and an absorbent dressing over that. Of course this would only work in a dry suit senario
