Hi Jordon, it looks very much like a BCD connector and at 10m or less the flow should be sufficient,
but with any intent of using at depth, I would use caution.
In an overwork situation or a stressed situation such as C02 hit, it may not deliver enough air.
In my case where I use a DSV/BOV I use large flow quick disconnects
on the BOV and on all my B/O bottles.
