I would be inclined to toss em... Even if they work fine now, there's no telling how long for.

I know a set of cells will hurt the wallet, but it's got to be worth it for the peice of mind.

I think it's Bruce that told me 'it's not the electrics that are trying to kill you, it's the cells' or words to that effect.

Get rid of them mate, it's just not worth it.
