Dave,
Sir, have you had any problems with leaks or water egress into the system through the p-ports?

A few friends have commented that they have had problems with p-ports sealing and concerns since it is single o-ring verse double o-rings on other models.

Are you using the aquaseal to make the connections perminate or can you peel it off without destroying the o-ring ?

Thanks, Andrew

I've *never* had a leak. The Aquaseal is used on the outside of the bag, and acts to do two things: (1) it obviously seals the system, but just as importantly it (2) acts as a sliding-lubricant to allow the fitting to be tightened REALLY tight without tending to twist the counnterlung as it is threaded onto the backing nut. Just a dab on the flange of the fitting where it contacts the outer surface of the bag is perfect. It peels off no worries in case of the desire to remove the connector.
