sure they do, they still have exaust ports and that determines up or down, if it was mounted with the exaust ports up, then It would breathe wet when on OC, try it with most (non poseidon or omega) regs. As long as BOV manufacturers are using stock built regs, this will be an issue, but what the hard part about routing the hose, just need a bit longer hose or a manifold, like the Jetsam units use.
