The part that would worry me is getting out of the suit at the end of the dive when the undersuit is saturated with O2. Just takes someone with a cigarette in hand coming over to 'help'.
I did hear of someone who had spent a day teaching the correct handling of liquid oxygen. When he had finished and put everything away he relaxed somehow ignited his oxygen soaked overalls.
