(BTW, my O2 drive tin is a 7li and I carry redundant O2.)

On the static question; in my drysuit is a big lump made up of 70% water which conveniently fits into every area. This extends beyond the DS into the surrounding water. My feeling is that this will go some way towards earthing any static before it builds up to sparking levels.
