I believe the test of a business's true quality is when somthing goes wrong and their seeing their overall attitude to putting it right.
My VR2 went wacko on a recent dive (not a pleasant experience) and was duly packed off to Delta P. This computer was NOT in warrenty. It was sent back to me with a new screen, depth transducer, re-touched power connections and new O rings. All for the price of a health check with their compliments. This was also turned around in 8 days.
Great service, they certainly get my vote! Thanks Delta P
I think that when you say a company provides "
outstanding service" that it needs to be consistent over a long period of time and be true with most of the customer service inquires. For me, one success story does not cut it.
