I was wondering if anyone has contemplated or tried to add a "U" bend onto one side of a standard DSV thereby re-routing one breathing hose to run parallel with the other, thus making breathing off a sidemount rebreather easier?
What would be great as well is that one could use your exsisting DSV, and if it's a BOV you'll have that added feature too. The only small problem is the routing of the MP hose which feeds the reg on the BOV...

There is something very simple to do witch is to make a "U" with the hose under the mouthpiece and then you simply have to ( eventually )fix it with snoopy loop or anything else and then wether you cut one of the hose wether you make a spiral around the other hose.
A lttle bit of weight on the hose and go.
That way you have the possibility to go back and for example hold your Rebreather horizontaly in front of you.
Any way a standard mouth piece is more confortable than you think when sidemounted and the Airtess is not so confortable, but yes the look is far better
