Re: VR3/Explorer/Shearwater units on Rebreather World

I purchased one of the early explorers with interface. It was DEAD when I took it out of the box. A bad pressure transducer in a unit that was never tested at the factory. I was starting to sell them at the time, sent it back to my distributor and said no thank you. Received a complete refund.

I have a VR3 without VPM that I used up until last year. Didn't like the deco schedule and the function controls through the 2 buttons are a PIA. When I took it off my wrist, I had to add a pound of weight and no longer have a balance issue It's for sale if anyone wants it.

I use a Cochran EMC-20H. It works; it's simple; I like the deco schedule. I carry a set of OC back up tables just in case.
