If memory recalls then OD Green is the toughest finish there is for the Meg can - I think it is the same as they do US Torpedoes.....

I don't know the finish that ISC orders, but the strongest annodizing is hardcoat.. it can be dyed but only at thinner coatings.. the normal color of hardcoat is black to brownish (sometimes blueish) depending on the alloy..

hardcoat can also be inpregnated with teflon.. A hard annodize finish is nearly as hard as a diamond's surface.
