I have also been to Cobalt Coast/Dive Tech twice in the last 6 months. They are totally geared up for the rebreather diver, and have plenty of rebreather instructor/dive masters that can act as dive buddy. The reefs are a little bare compared to a few years ago because of the hurricane, but the deep stuff is absolutely spectacular.

The other place in the Carribean that I have been to in the last year is O2 Technical on Provo in Turks & Caicos. They are rebreather friendly and the diving is great. A little longer boat rides than Grand Cayman, but the diving is also great.

I think you would be happy with either location.
