Rebreather World member Narked At Ninety sells Rebreather t-shirts, and Dive Rite has Optima shirts in their catalog.

IANTD used to have some with Cis-Lunar, too, may be worth checking.
Most Rebreather manufacturers do, I've seen AP (polos), Carleton, Dräger, Jetsam (they're out of stock), SMI, C.C.R., though they can be hard to come by.

Rusty Berry from Scuba Schools of America sells his own designs and will likely have some available.
