The C size cells are close to the limit for transporting of lithium they tend to be counted as hazmat!
I dont know the exact limits, and it seems to be at the discression of the shipper to some extent - but it is my understanding that this is why ISC stopped shipping lithium cells.
In KL we only paid 22.4USD per cell but we got free delivery
They seem to be lasting a good length of time, but not certain about the economics of it atm. At 4-6 USD per cell I have no doubt about which option I would choose.
