Hello guys,
i would like to say a couple of things about myself, but before i do that, let me say how glad i am that i got into rebreathers and now i am joining this community. It feels good to know that there is such organization behind this and that group members can discuss, ask, answer questions about the issue we are all conrcerned - REBREATHERS and diving with them!
Well, i am someone who has been associated with diving from young age, (12). As i come from Cyprus, i always lived near the sea so at the age of 12 (and even before) i found myself working in a diving school in Ayia Napa where i was living nearby at the time.
Since then i gained a lot of experience i guess and my goalls were always to be diving to the maximum of my abilities, which at the time they were limited either due to funds, or even the support that never existed in Cyprus.
Thankfully, now Cyprus Diving industry is growing and due to this many schools started teaching nitrox, technical, and rebreather diving which i somehow got the chance to be involved.
Now i am a current holder of CMAS ***,TDI and IANTD certifications, i aim to dive to the maximum of my abilities and along with my buddy, who i always dive with, to explore, discover and always enjoy diving. I recently went into rebreathers, where i got a Meg and done a course with Rasmus Lauritsen in Cyprus.
My main occupation is being a lawyer in a big office in Nicosia (capital of Cyprus) where i spend my time arguing with people either for their own good or mine!!!
Other than that, i am sending this out for guys who might consider visiting Cyprus, rebreather divers, i am welcoming people to dive with us all around Cyprus. People thinking of Diving Zenobia are welcomed as well. We are quite familiar with most of the people within the diving industry, even the owner of Zenobia, so we can provide good information of where to go, where to rent stuff, where to fill etc.
Recent dives we had with Stefanos (my permanent buddy) can be seen on the link

That's it from me. take care, safe diving.
