Welcome to the wonderful world of rebreathers/internet!
precicely why i like the temp stick, I'm not left to basing my scrubber duration on the experiences of peers or some worst case scenario rating... at least with the temp stick you have something a bit more objective, in real time, than having to rely on equations you make up based on estimating how the unique factors of each dive with each variation of average metabolick rate, unique metabolic rate of each dive, time at each depth, temperature range during the dive and work load, etc, etc, as compared to the rating (CE if you are lucky). While you can conceivably have break through even when the temp stick says your good (since it's not a CO2 monitor) if your really huffed and puffed (which isn't good on any scrubber) it still gives you a much better real time measure of how all these factors add up and have actually effected your scrubber.

perhaps a cogent question would be, has anyone using vision electronics gotten what they think was a co2 hit when the scrubber indicated they were still in the green and if so, under what conditions?
